Example for the city of Herten: Changing the logo using a PVC insert. The logos are printed on UV-resistant hard foam panels. A cost-effective and durable solution. The hard foam panels can be replaced as required.

We also offer fully printed charging station covers in all sizes. The 245g/m2 fabric is printed directly. It can be fully printed as desired. Zippers, eyelets or drawstrings are of course also possible. If you need support with the design of the cover, we are happy to help with suggestions here too.

Logo prints are generally possible in one color or multiple colors.

Pantone tones in durable transfer printing are also no problem.

Larger covers for Hyperchargers can also be equipped with a zipper for easier pulling on if desired.

We attach great importance to high-quality materials, and not just when it comes to fabric. Our RipStop fabric is REACH certified and we also rely on German and European manufacturers for our accessories.

Production time

In our sewing shop in Germany, we need around 3-4 weeks from the order to the finished custom-made product. For larger quantities, we will agree the completion date with you individually.

Fabric portfolio

We use 2 different fabrics that are sufficient for most applications. Our materials are waterproof and breathable. For the fully printed charging station covers, we use a 240g polyester fabric that is printed directly and is also waterproof. Also available with B1 (flame retardant) on request

Special requirements

We are happy to consider special requirements for the protective covers for your charging stations. This includes larger eyelets for a cable pull with a lock in the seam, zippers, a document pocket, logo printing with Pantone colors, the use of Velcro fasteners, solutions for wall-mounted wall boxes and much more. Our wide range of individual solutions enables us to meet a wide variety of needs. If there is any uncertainty, we are always happy to produce a prototype at a special price to ensure that your requirements are optimally met.

Complex shapes

We also manufacture complex shapes. For each order, our pattern director creates a CAD plan with a pattern, which is plotted 1:1. For fine-tuning, the pattern can also be agreed upon together in advance and sent to you for approval.
